Ofir Zilberberg
CEO
Ofir is Arpalus’ founder and CEO. Prior to founding Arpalus he co-founded another AR tech start-up, was a product manager at Elbit Systems, and has over 10 years Air Force service experience. Ofir’s passion for everyday solutions that AR can solve came from his time in the military where he first encountered AR glasses and other cutting-edge technologies. He brought his wealth of AR and product knowledge when founding Arpalus. Ofir holds a BSc in mathematics from Tel-Aviv University.
Lou Hayat
VP R&D
Lou is Arpalus’ VP R&D with over 12 years of experience within the fields of virtual worlds, 3D simulations, and games. Prior to joining Arpalus in mid-2020, he worked at Eyeway Vision researching and prototyping futuristic augmented reality experiences. He has dedicated his career to explore interactive technologies. Lou holds a BSc in computer science from Full Sail University.
Jacob Ben-Dov
General Manager North America
Jacob is the General Manager of Arpalus North America. He has a background in science, aviation, technology, and business. Jacob has been managing operation teams for over 10 years. Prior to joining Arpalus he was VP of Breeze Creative where he built the business from the ground up, established a global customer network and led Breeze to become a top company in the experience design industry. Jacob holds a BSc in physics and an MSc in materials engineering and nanotechnologies from Tel-Aviv University.
Hadar Sapir
Head of Product
Hadar is Arpalus’ Head of Product with over 8 years of experience within the retail industry. Prior to joining Arpalus in early 2021, he worked at Nestle and Kimberly-Clark in both development and managerial roles, providing him with key insights on CPGs needs and ethos. He has dedicated his career to converging the world of retail with the technologies of tomorrow. Hadar holds a B.A in business and international relations from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Dan Friedman
Head of Operations
Dan is Arpalus’ Head of Operations with over 5 years of experience within the retail-tech industry. Prior to joining Arpalus, Dan worked at Trax Retail Technologies in both Data Operations and Customer Delivery managerial roles, providing him with a deep understanding of the needs and ethos of CPGs.
Dan holds a B.A in Geography and Middle Eastern Studies with specialization in GIS systems from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Director of People
Maya is Director of People at Arpalus where she brings over a decade of experience in designing, implementing and managing infrastructures and processes dedicated to people growth. Prior to joining Arpalus, Maya was HR Director at aMoon, a Healthtech VC and at Headline Media. Maya holds an MSc in Business Sciences from Tel Aviv University.
Dov Danon
AI Researcher
Dov is an AI Researcher with over 10 years of experience within the fields of Computer Graphics, Image Processing and Machine Learning. He first encountered AI related technologies during hi extensive military service. Dov holds a PhD in Computer Science from Tel-Aviv University where he extensively researched topics such as Machine Learning and Deep Learning within the field of Image Processing. Dov is also a CV lecturer at Tel-Aviv University.

Dov has an MSc in computer science from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. He is a full stack developer with extensive knowledge in applied AI, deep learning and computer vision algorithm integration.

A T-shaped person, focused on Unity, C#, and 3D, but with experience from low level coding to front-facing elements. Always improving and pushing forward, will also be the first to admit there's so much more to learn.
Noy Moyal
QA Manager
Noy is the Quality Assurance Manager at Arpalus. She has nearly 3 years of experience at Wix as a QA, where she served as the Lead QA for a major product. In this role, Noy oversaw test planning, test case design, test execution, and defect management. She worked cross-functionally to understand product requirements, provide QA insights, and advocate for quality. Noy was instrumental in improving testing coverage and efficiency through process enhancements.
Gilad Lowenshtein

Gilad is a Data Operations Manager in Arpalus’ data operations team, with prior experience as a project manager. Gilad has an extensive 5-year military background attaining the rank of Captain and serving as a deputy company commander. He strives to combine his technical knowhow within the fields of operational management. Gilad studied government & sustainability at the Reichman University.

Danny is a Data Operations Manager in Arpalus’ data operations team, with experience in data analytics providing AI tech-related solutions to the retail industry. Prior to joining Arpalus, he worked as a paralegal for 5 years, focusing on the fields of fraud and regulatory law. He is a detail-oriented person but always keeps the big picture in mind. Danny holds a B.A in government and business management from the Reichman University and is also a graduate of law from the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (UK).
